Online ticketing
arrowUp has built up a really deep pool of expertise in the e-ticketing segment.
This is thanks to our long cooperation with Tele Ticket Service. At Tele Ticket Service, customers can (either on tel. 070/345.345 or via the website teleticketservice.com) order a wide range of tickets, e.g. for:
- Live music concerts in Antwerp Sports Palace, but at other top venues too;
- Matches in the 1st and 2nd divisions of the Belgian soccer league;
- The International Film Festival of Flanders (Ghent);
- The International Film festival Rotterdam (IFFR).
Working as a team with the programmers at Tele Ticket Service, arrowUp attends to the technical aspects of this segment, which has four main legs:
- A call centre: to develop software for the handling/processing of calls.
- A ticket engine: development and maintenance of the central server.
- Interactive Voice Response (IVR): programming of the automated telephone menu.
- SMS ticketing: development of a system for ordering tickets via text messages.
