Web server for Tele Ticket Service:
arrowUp coupled a Web server to the ‘Ticket Engine’ (developed by GVa) via J2EE technology. From that moment on, visitors to the site were able to order event tickets (or book seats) online 24/7 for forthcoming events at the Sports Palace in Antwerp.
At a later stage arrowUp adapted the website of teleticketservice.com so that the eID data of each customer could be read off automatically.

Belgian Pharmacy Application
One of the founders of arrowUp wrote the Belgian Pharmacy Application (BPA) for the Gemplus GCR750 and Monetel Twin10 (Belgacom terminals).
It’s arrowUp task to upgrade the firmware of the smart card readers if changes are made to the SIS card.

Delhaize PLUS card
The Delhaize PLUS card is a customer loyalty scheme in which customers collect reward points and cash them in, later, at any Delhaize outlet. Another version of the smart-chipped loyalty card allows the holder to redeem the collected points at other loyalty partners (Q8, Free Record Shop and Christiaensens). Customers can also use this card as a debit card.

arrowUp develops, installs and maintain the hard- and software of the loyalty card schemes at the outlets of the retail partners and at the PayPoint terminals for the debit cards in Delhaize supermarkets. arrowUp also takes care of the transfer of data between the loyalty card schemes (at the partners’ POS) and the Delhaize back office.
arrowUp is going to redesign the software of the Sagem Monétel EFT10 terminals and replace the existing systems at Q8 with a new platform.
For this particular application, arrowUp will use OMNIKEY and GemPlus Smart Card Readers, running on Windows and Linux PC systems.
